Pure Conditioning
Class Duration: 30 mins
This is a class that combines strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises. It involves a higher heart rate (anywhere from 70 to around 80%), more repetitions, and less resistance.
Done in 20 minutes or less, we will use just your body weight, or spice things up with dumbbells or kettlebells. There is no set formula — it will work more than one muscle group at a time, these workouts are super effective at improving your overall fitness level and ignite your fat loss efforts.

Ever heard of Metafit? A true HIIT workout at Pure MVMT that is super-efficient and it is designed to set your metabolism on fire. You might not think that it’s possible to squeeze strength training session and a fat burning cardio workout into a quick routine, but you would be wrong.
Metafit incorporates strength training exercises into our intervals (as well as cardio moves), so you also reap muscle strengthening benefits. It improves your anaerobic and aerobic fitness, which helps you burn more fat in less time.

BUILD STRENGTH
Pure Strength (Beginner)
Pre-requisite: – None
Pure Strength (Intermediate to Advanced)
Pre-requisites:
Able to perform 5 push-ups with good form
Able to perform 5 pull-ups with good form
Able to perform active hang for 1 minute
Able to perform single arm hang on bar
Class Duration: 60 mins
Using simple equipment like rings, bars and the floor, we teach you to leverage your own bodyweight to perform movements that build incredible strength, mobility and control.
Based on your fitness level, we will work with you so you learn a series of skill that you can build upon week by week, as well as building strength. Be exposed to moves that will both challenge and advance you.
