Event 1 STRENGTH
- Find your 1 REP Max
- PULL-UP, BAR MUSCLE UP, DIP
Event 2 ENDURANCE
- Beginners & Advanced
- WORKOUT WILL BE REVEALED ON THE DAY
Event 3 FREESTYLE
- Knock Out Rounds.
- Points System
PS: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL 3 EVENTS
However, to win the KING OF CALISTHENICS title, you must participate in both Strength & Freestyle events.
