It is time to experience the purist form of strength training.
While fancy new equipment and trendy gym fitness classes in Cranbourne West and Surrounding, we will always have a tool that we can exercise with at any time and in any place: our own bodies. Your body and gravity are all you need to develop a strong, mobile, skilful and athletic body.
Using simple equipment like rings, bars and the floor we teach you to leverage your own bodyweight to perform movements that build incredible strength, mobility and control. We start by practising the foundational movements such as push ups, pull ups and hollow body. These are building block movements that might be overshadowed by more advanced (and let’s be honest, cool-looking!) movements such as planche, handstand, front lever or even the human flag!
We want everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy calisthenics and our classes have been designed to make progressive bodyweight training as accessible as possible.
Don’t worry, all movements have beginner, intermediate and advanced progressions that will challenge movers of all levels. Everyone is different, so we will work with you to find the best level to challenge yourself, build strength and confidence, and help you reach your personal goals through calisthenics.
