Our sessions are designed to help you relax, detoxify, and revitalize both body and mind. Sunlighten’s mPulse Smart sauna delivers a therapeutic heat that warms the body from the core which has a detoxification effect, which unlike traditional saunas, leaves you feeling replenished rather than depleted.
SAUNA Programs:
Detoxification
Using Mid and Far Infrared the detoxification program starts at a high intensity to increase the body’s core temperature then reduces to a low, comfortable intensity level. Infrared combination improves vascular access flow to reach toxins at the cellular level.

Pain Relief
Using Near, Mid and Far Infrared the pain relief program uses a blend of Infrared that provides natural pain relief by reducing inflammation and swelling while near infrared LEDs penetrate the tissue to promote cellular repair at a medium, constant intensity level.
Duration: 30 minutes
Anti-Ageing
Using Near, Mid and Far Infrared the anti-ageing program uses a low, constant intensity level that penetrates tissue to help with various skin concerns. Near infrared LEDs improve overall skin tone, elasticity and firmness promoting anti-ageing benefits.

Relaxation
Far, mid and near infrared rays induce deep relaxation as they relieve muscle tension at a low, comfortable intensity promoting overall stress reduction with regular use.

Weight Loss
Using Mid and Far Infrared the weight loss program starts at a high intensity to stimulate the cardiovascular system then reduces to a medium level. As the body works to cool itself, there is an increase in heart rate, cardiac output and metabolic rate similar to exercise.

Cardio
Using Near, Mid and Far Infrared the cardio program starts at a high intensity to increase heart rate and cardiac then lowers to sustain heart rate level. Circulation increases to promote healthy blood pressure.

- Sessions must be booked in advance.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session to complete waiver form and payment (cash and card accepted)
- Bring a bath towel to sit on and a sweat towel for maximum comfort. These can also be purchased at the front desk.
- Cancellation policy: Please cancel your booking at least 1 hour prior to your session.
